What is mastery? Is struggling in maths and art always a bad thing? Do you need to be a master in a subject in order to teach it?

Cubitt Education and family maths charity, Maths on Toast, are developing What Makes A Master?, a cross-curricular enquiry connecting maths, art and Philosophy for Children.

We are hosting a teachers’ taster session, led by the Cubitt Education and Maths on Toast teams and artist Poppy Green. Come along to:

  • – try out maths, art and P4C activities which explore struggle and creativity
  • – get a free resource
  • – share your ideas

This session is for anyone with an interest in cross-curricular learning, art, maths, P4C or growth mindset.

RSVP and find out more by contacting Lydia@cubittartists.org.uk

Cubitt Education is part of an artist-led organisation based in Islington, London. We work locally with schools, community centres and groups providing a diverse range of artist-led activities.
