4.30pm – 6.15pm, Thursday 11th October 2018, Cubitt Artists, 8 Angel Mews, London, N1 9HH
What is mastery? Is struggling in maths and art always a bad thing? Do you need to be a master in a subject in order to teach it?
Cubitt Education and family maths charity, Maths on Toast, are developing What Makes A Master?, a cross-curricular enquiry connecting maths, art and Philosophy for Children.
We are hosting a teachers’ taster session, led by the Cubitt Education and Maths on Toast teams and artist Poppy Green. Come along to:
- – try out maths, art and P4C activities which explore struggle and creativity
- – get a free resource
- – share your ideas
This session is for anyone with an interest in cross-curricular learning, art, maths, P4C or growth mindset.
